Llanwyddyn is a fictional town set somewhere in Mid Wales during the early 1990s.
The branchline terminus station plays host to a number of Welsh Class 37/4s with various Mk2 stock, as well as local passenger services provided by Class 122 units. The station also receives mail and newspapers via rail. Opposite the station, the privately owned fuel siding receives fuel deliveries via rail whilst at the other end of the layout, an engineers siding sees occasional use for storing engineers trains.
